Title: Sound but no video on certain (?Flash?) sites after Sleep until Windows Restart

I installed Avast Free Antivirus a couple of days ago, and I noticed that immediately after I installed and until I uninstalled it, I would have sound but no video streaming from certain (?Flash?) websites after my Windows 7 Home PC has awaken from Windows Sleep (if not also just Windows Lock) until I Restart Windows.  The thumbnail previews as I drag the FF/RW scroll bar would still show but not the actual video.

I've tried (as suggested by this post: " https://superuser.com/questions/1224050/computer-wont-play-any-online-video-until-i-reboot/1377229 ") Restarting the "AudioEndpointBuilder" and "Audiosrv" Windows Services, but it didn't work, and even if it did, the point is, I shouldn't have to do that, because the the problem only occurred, while Avast Free Antivirus was installed.
