Title: Why Avast is making random connection on windows startup?

Avast is seemingly making random connections on window startup, does not happen with fast-startup.

There were some other random address like jdrcomputers.co.uk, mail.classdesign.com, rojoma.com, time.rgd.uk.as44574.net, 213.251.53.217 etc...

None of these address or host is related to avast but avast connects to them.

Is this happening to anyone else? Any good reason for this?
