Title: Getting a refund

I live in Italy and want to get a refund.

It seems that the only way to do so is to contact an operator abroad since there is no italian support, I am not paying for an international call.
I want to know how to get my refund, I need a solution not just a link to the support page that lead me here in the first place. I went throuh the knowledge base already.

It seems impossible to have a chat or email assistance.

If you don't have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem
