I am writing in the name of Mr Heuer. My name is Sonja.

His correct email-address is : walther.heuer@skynet.be

Mr Heuer is a satisfied customer since many years.
As he is getting older he mixed up a few product and payments.

I wanted to contact Avast about this, but there are no possibilities to contact a person.
This is very enoying. So I will try my luck here in this forum.

Under the mailadres walther.heuer@skynet he has following products:
* Premium Securtity (until 4/4/2021)
* Secure Line VPN (until 16/5/2020)
* Cleanup premium (until 19/4/2020)

Following products were ordered with a wrong email-address and could never have been activated (as no email received) 
Please check if these can be refunded:

* Cleanup Premium – order nr: 34736739808 – payed 20/5/2019
   emailaddress: walthet.heuer@skynet.be (wrong name)

*  AntiTrack Premium – order nr: 38871380308 – payed 22/8/2019
   emailaddress: waltherheuer@skynet.be (without dot)

Following product can not be activated.
As it is not important for mr Heuer, please check if it can be refunded. Or please resend a correct activation code.

* Driver updater – order nr: 41323928908 (together with Premium Security)
   Product sku: DRP-00-001-12-AR
   payed 16/10/2019

Is there a contactperson who can arrange/answer?
