Title: connecting to avast even when uninstalled?

Hi there..



I'm curious about avast premier that i uninstalled yesterday..

i replaced it with kaspersky..

and somwhow this domain is connecting to the internet every time

"analytics.ff.avast.com"

I had to block it manually with firewall..


any reason why this thing is still connecting ?

How did you remove Avast?

Throgh the control panel. after uninstalling it prompt to restart. i restarted it like 4 times since yesterday..

still. that domain keeps connecting today

Are you using Firefox ?
If so have you removed the Avast Online Security add-on ?

Use the Avast removal tool.
