What Operating system? What version of SecureLine?

My system MacOs 10.15.3 (19D76), SecureLine version 3.8.0(48336).
This has happened in the last two days.A few days ago, it was possible to connect, but it was slow

because we have the same issue with the OP.
MacOS 10.13.6
avast vpn - ver 2.2.7
