Title: Outlook 2019 will not connect to local Exchange Server when VPN active

I have Avast SecureLine installed on my PC. When the VPN is turned on, I cannot get Outlook 2019 to connect to a local Exchange Server 2016. When VPN is off I have no problem. If Outlook is connected to the local Excahnge server before the VPN is turned on, it will remain connected for a time then it disconnects and will then not connect even reloading Outlook.

Any help would be appreciated.
