Title: did Avast buy CCLEANER?

It is my understanding that AVAST purchased CCLEANER. If this is so, why doesn't CCLEANER recognize AVAST SECURE BROWSER in the list of browsers that it is cleaning?  Further, if AVAST owns CCLEANER, why does it also have it's own "system" cleaner which is an additional subscriber product? Seems that would find it more advantageous to have subscribers recognized the reputable brand as theirs and offer the free CC as a part of Avast security with the option of paying for PRO to get all the bells.
