Hi there,
Since I ran Avast Cleanup I have been unable to open Paint Shop Pro.
I got my original discs out but I cannot re-install from them.
So here I am with no Paint Shop Pro.
What can I do, I am out of pocket for Paint Shop Pro, so that didn't turn out to be a free trail did it???

Hi,
first we apologize for the inconveniences.
In order to be able to help you we would need to know more information about what you did and ideally having also logs from your machine to be able to see what kind of impact it had on your machine.
You can simply send them by executing our log collector utility from this path C:\Program Files (x86)\AVAST Software\Avast Cleanup\tulogcollector.exe assuming that you have still Avast Cleanup installed on your computer.
Just please add your email address there so we can join the logs with your report here.
