I have quite similar issu: in 2017 I took out an Avast subscription through digitalriver. The subscription was taken out with an e-mail adress that no longer exists. I have not used the subscription for more than a year, because I cannot log in at all. Now, on February 20th, the subscription fee for the subscription was again debited from my account via Paypal. Since the email address no longer exists, I did not receive the reminder email that the subscription will be charged soon and therefore did not have the possibility to cancel the subscription.
I managed to cancell the subscription for the next automatic prolongation in Feb 2021, but I would ask yo to cancell the subscription retrospectively für 2020 and to retransfer the 59,99€, which were debited on February 20th.
The subscription is: MDRGVS-RYQUE2-5RC7X6 (Avast Cleanup).
Thanks
