Title: Uses of data in my secondary sim

Hi Everyone .....I need a help as i am  facing problem in using data in my secondary sim after installing avast mobile security. Moreover the speed of data in my primary sim also slow down and sometimes both the sim also unable to use data. Can anyone help me to come out of this problem
