Title: Recieving messages while on Silent Mode.

Good Night,

I have received a coronavirus scam alert while both having all notifications off and while on silent mode. I understand it's an important topic but it should still respect the consumers choice to not receive unwanted alerts.

Also despite having renewed my subscription is it yet to update anywhere since November 2019. As far as I can see the subscription is working (except for the aforementioned unwanted popup), but I still would prefer to see it updated just in case.

1. Same here, but IMO this warning/info is important enough to override our settings.
