Apologize if I posted in the wrong topic section.
Recently my Avast interface is not functioning, keep auto-closed (most likely due to latest update).
So I uninstall and attempting to reinstall it, however I'm getting "avast installer cannot continue because the last avast operation was performed without restarting".
I already did safemode running avastclear.exe.
I also try to submit report through avastsupport.exe however receive "avast cannot generate support file error code 12002."
System Info:
Package used:web-shield and email-shield.
OS platform: Windows 10 Pro V1909
Other security product:
1. Windows Security (already try disabled when uninstall)
2. Malwarebytes (already uninstalled)
3. Comodo Firewall (only Firewall enabled, others function disabled)
*Note: previously my system already running with Avast web & email shield and Comodo Firewall only.
I hope any support team can assist me with this problem, as the avast log doesn't have details (doesn't provide conflict application).
