Title: Firewall is turned off/cannot connect to internet

I just installed Application Update ver 20.2.2401 build 20.2.5130.561. Now I am getting the message “firewall is turned off “ and when I click the “turn on” button a message pops up saying “Firewall not available !” . Also, now, when I try to start my VPN, i get the message “You’re offline. Please connect to the internet to use your VPN” Ok, so how do I get my computer to connect? And how do I get my firewall available?? Anybody else having this problem?

Going to menu, “settings “, “general “, “troubleshooting “ ,  “reset all settings” “reset to default” and then rebooting seems to have fixed the firewall and allowed me to regain my internet connection. The problem was a bug in the update.
