Title: URGENT - Charged for DRi*Avast Software and Need to Cancel

I was checking my bank account today and noticed I was charged €78.61 for "Dri*Avast Software" when I never made an account with Avast in the first place, nor have I purchased premium or any of their products. How can I can cancel this when I never made an account or product number? I'm unsure of what Dri* even is. Getting help directly from support has been difficult as well as they ask for specifics.

The charge is pending as of today,05/04/2020.

If you don't have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem.
