Title: Delete all subscriptions and get a refund

Hello
I had a bad experience after just 1 day and would like it if you could cancel all subscriptions and give refunds if the payments made it through associated with this account/email.
I made a post earlier but it was a bit messy.I get so many email from avast i have no clue what is what anymore. This is the thing I can find when I go under the licences tab and its luckily all the same on every subscription so please unsubscribe them all and refund if any money went through: (***removed for privacy reasons ***)

You need to follow the instructions given there, if you are able to find your product ID, etc. you should have that on an email.  You should also check your subscriptions in your my.avast.com account.

Please stick to the one topic.

I have followed the instructions but it did not help and i also did not receive an email, that is why i am having problems.. :(

As an Avast User I can't help directly any further other than try to draw attention to this topic.

Outside of that it will need someone from the Avast Team to visit the forums and notice your topic.

It seems that you managed to create support tickets with us.
Furthermore, based on the given information, you don't seem to have any active subscriptions.
