Title: Web Shield Not Including Exceptions?

My class website uploads the videos of lecture, however, web shield wont let allow me to view it. Once I turn off web shield completely, I can view them, however, I only want to shut it off for the specific website. I already included it in my exceptions but everytime I go to the site, it blocks the video still?
