Title: It added a product i dont want

Hi, I just got avast and i wanted to use the premium clean up to help speak my laptop up. It wouldnt work, it said i have to pay so i thought sod it. I dont mind paying if itll speed up my PC and for only £20 thats a good price.  So i put in my infomation and it said i was paying 19.99. Then some how it ended up charing £35! 19.99 for the product i wanted then it added another product for 14.99 and i dont even no wtf it. I went on refunt request as  want 14.99 refunded ( dont want all of it as i still want the 19.99 product i brought ) . when i click the refund option it says this

 Which product do you want to have refunded?
An Avast software product
Avast Internet Security, Avast Premier, SecureLine VPN, Cleanup Premium, or other Avast programs
Avast Omni
The Avast Omni app and hub
Avast Premium Technical support
Avast’s paid technical support service


Now these are the options it comes up with. what one do i click? lol all i want is the 19.99 product i paid for. I dont want the 14.99 thing i paid for but i dont no what it is or what its called. Can anyone help me please?

It seems that you have managed to select the correct option.
(An Avast software product

He has stated he doesn't know what he has inadvertently paid for as second unwanted product.

Surely you got an email receipt for the purchase, listing what was purchased ?

What Avast Antivirus program are you running ?

Have you tried (logging on to and) checking your my.avast.com account > Subscriptions ?
You should be able to logon to the my.avast.com account using the same credentials you used for the forums.

To clarify, @  joshcboy001 managed to log a support ticket. I can see that the refund request has already been processed.
