Title: single subscriptions rolled into multi-device subscription

Hi, everyone, Greetings from Puerto Rico.
Is there a way to roll multiple single current subscriptions into the multi-device subscription for Cleaner?
I have two single PC subscriptions and one for my Android device.
One of my PC subscriptions expires in May and going through the Avast Website, I found the offer for the multi-device subscription.
(Single PC subscription: 60, subscription for up to 5 devices: 70. That's not a hard choice.) My other PC subscription ends in October and the Android one ends in December.
Please let me know if it's possible.
