As the software is difficult to use, I refund according to the regulations. However, I have applied for a refund for more than 15 days and nearly a month, but I still haven't received the refund, which makes me very angry. I kept applying and got the same answer from the robot.

Once Refund is applied for, it can take a few days for a response.
Every time you apply again for the same Refund then puts you at the back of the line again.
