Dear All,
My pc was installed Avast internet security (free version), in some days ago, i installed one software called bootstrap studio from internet, after that I see my pc was installing some strange applications, i doubt it was infected viruses, and i used the avast scan. After scanning, avast announce system ok. But some after day, my pc slower than normal, and i thought because of it is old.
But all files in my pc was encrypted by ransomware. I tried other anti virus is Kaspersky (trial) to scan and it deleted all ransomwares. But I can not still use any data file now. Ransomware sent message in .txt file:
Dear user! Your computer is encrypted!
To decrypt your computer, you need to download the TOR browser at https://www.torproject.org/download/
Install it and visit our website for further action http://reco3zanpd2ijycv.onion/
Also from your servers files, documents, databases SQL, PDF were uploaded to our cloud storage
After we agree, you will receive a decryption program, valuable advice in order not to fall into this situation in the future, as well as all your files on our server will be deleted.
Otherwise, they will fall into the open access of the Internet!
I'm living in vietnam, and I really don't have alot of money to pay to them.
Anyone can help me about this big problem.
