Hi,

I have an issue regarding URL:Blacklist moolmepercine.online. when open new Chrome page Avast giving an notification about that. you can find the screen shot. Someone have a solution for the issue.

what screenshot to find?? There are no screenshots from you sir.
You can't access the site you mean?
first go to Menu then go to Settings then go to Exceptions and then click on Add Exception Then type the site link.

Are you trying to access that website? ... site is blacklisted

Or are you saying this popup comes without you going to that website?
If so you may have some crap in your chrome browser

Try empty your surf history, you may also try run Malwarebytes AdwCleaner
