Title: how to disable avast emergency update

i don't care if it's emergency or whatsoever i just don't want it to update while im playing minecraft multiplayer I LAGGED SO GODDAMN HARD BECAUSE OF IT , so how do i disable this to manual update i can't find it in setting

Edit : i already set virus definition update and application update to manual update but this garbage still showing up in my task manager , i also have disabled streaming update
