HI, guys i got avast for my business but have derided to not use it as the product does not meet my needs. I applied for a refund under 30 days but no response how do i solve this problem.

Be patient, a refund can take up to 7 business days. Note, don't submit multiple tickets (FIFO).

To me, Avast probably started buying products automatically ???? It just takes my money off and I didn't confirm anything to buy anything .. How is that possible ??? Today I had to block the card because they wouldn't stop. their sides..I can't find a man from their company to see what the problem is .. I only get generic answers that will get my money back Simply crazy ...
