Title: Bootstrap CDN Blocked by Avast
Post by: Hriday on May 15, 2020, 09:00:16 AM
Website with Bootstrap CDN were breaking until I disabled Avast Web Shield.
When I visited the -- https://stackpath.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/4.3.1/css/bootstrap.min.css -- it was throwing a SSL error saying the cert was invalid, which wasn't the case.
I turned it off, website's CSS started to load perfectly. Now I have re-enabled the shield and the CDN loads as normal.

Hello,
1) lot of such static pages are cached; thus loading it without Avast Web Shield running may lead to subsequent loads not really loading the page
2) Browser keeps connections alive; when enabling webshield, only subsequently created connections are scanned.
To test the issue, you would probably need to clear history and restart the browser.
We are not able to reproduce the problem on Catalina.
Kind regards,
