Title: Captcha not showing anything - Bug?
Post by: hello33 on May 19, 2020, 05:02:20 PM
Hi there,

I've just downloaded the password manager to my Mac. When I try to login to my Avast account it tells me Captcha is required to continue and asks me to type the characters from above. But above is entirely white and blank. There is no image to decipher at all. Is this a bug maybe? What can I do to login?

Thanks!

I have the same problem, Avast passwords on Mac says Captcha is required to continue but does not display a Captcha.

Hi,

Could you clarify which macOS and Avast Premium Security version you have?
Could you also attach a screenshot, please?

Please see this article on how to generate a screenshot if need be.
