Title: charged even though i had unsubscibed??

i have just been charged 78.73 euro by ye even though i unsubsribed a few months ago?? This is absolutely appalling. i have no email to say that it was going to autorenew or take money out or anything of the sort. i have tried to claim a refund online but its insisting i give my order I.D which i dont have cause i dont have any email from ye and certainly didnt order anything. can someone please help. this is ridiculous that im still getting charged from something i have unsubsribed to

Generally the cause of not getting an email is having an old email or an incorrect email address.

Refund request - https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales_refund (https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales_refund) If you haven't got the Order ID, etc enter 00000000 and give as much information that you can to help identify it.
