Title: Windows Apps and Microsoft Store changing languages

I suddenly noticed that Microsoft Sore changed to english (it should be in spanish), and my windows apps started changing languages. I fixed it restoring them one by one via windows app manager. But the apps changed again to english. I seached on the topic and microsoft answers says it may be related to malware infection. I scaned using Malwarebytes and the log came up clean. I just tried to scan with FRST but avast blocked it saying it is infected. And now Firefox is giving me troubles to download it and aafter I managed to download FRST, windows smart screen dosen't let me launch it. I need serious help, I don't know what to do now.

I managed to get a FRST scan. Thanks in advance for the help. (Also added Malwarebytes scan report)
