Title: Avast anti Thief is not working

I have the premium license of avast and i'm trying to use it on my smartphone (samsung galaxy note 9), when i try to open the avast anti thief it just closes the app like it has crashed. Why this is happening?

First I would recommend you to clear the app data: go to Android Settings → Applications → Avast Mobile Security → Delete cache and user data. If it does not help, you can try to reinstall the app. If that doesn't help either, please contact my colleagues directly from the app's Menu → Help & support → Avast direct support. That way we will get some technical details that might help us better investigate the issue and find out what is going on.
