A few hours ago I got a message from the bank it was “DRI*AVAST SOFTWARE” it was 52.49 usd and this is the second time the first charge was a month ago and it was rejected because I didn’t have enough money in my account .
Who should I contact or what should I do ?

Don't third party organizations handle this for avast? Like Digital River?
