Title: Avast blocking mail from entering?

I installed Avast Free antivirus 3 days ago and just realized that email isn't coming in after my colleague called me.

I used Mozilla Thunderbird on Windows 10. It worked again when I disabled the antivirus.

Anyway to fix that?

- Which version/build of Avast Free..?
- OS..? (32/64 Bit..? - which SP/Build..?)
- Other security related software installed..?
- Which AV(s) did you use before Avast..?
