Hi, I need some explanation and help. So, I’m new to Avast. Last night I downloaded Avast Free Antivirus and kinda want to have the trial pack. So in the process, Avast required me to fill my bank account details and when I proceed to purchase, it stated “Payment Authorization Failed”. Tried twice and still the same. I don’t get any invoice from Avast. Then I came across under Subscription tab and it stated as the attachment below.
So my concern is, was the payment succeeded or not? Do I will be charged for any fees after 90 days? Help please 😭
