I can only assume (because you don't give any details) that you are talking about the Avast Secure Browser (ASB) ?
If so the ASB is a chromium based browser and not Google Chrome. It is a stand alone program that integrates with Avast if you have the antivirus installed. When you installed Avast (?) there is a check box about installing the ASB, if you missed that (?) then the ASB will be installed.
As I mentioned the ASB is a stand alone program and as such can be uninstalled like any other program also via the Win10 Program list.
