Today I got mobile message.
About 150$ auto renewal.
But I didn't make account and didn't submit email in avast home page.
So I could not get conform email. Just renewaled.
So I want to get some renewal email.
I didn't request subscriptions or renewal.
xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx-xxxx
is subscriptions code.
How can I get order id?

I just purchase with cradit card and software in Pc.
Didn't make account, I had not provide email to avast.
And auto renewaled.
But software not provide me, order id and infomation about renewal.
Now I made account. But when I login home page with account, there not exist any infomation.
And I can't stop renewal now..
I feel I got some violence. I feel I got hit with a 150$.

Just in software in pc. Software remambered my cradit card.

Hi, you used your m.....2@naver.com email address for the subscriptions. Nevertheless, I can see that a refund has been processed.
