We are currently testing the Avast Business Antivirus Pro product together with the Control Panel for our servers (we use Windows Server 2008 and 2012). In the policy settings for the Servers there is the following: Active protection - File protection. Further Actions for "Virus", "PUP" and "Suspicious file". For the "Virus", we have set the options to First treat, if not, then Move to quarantine, if not, then delete. For PUP - move to quarantine, if not, delete. But in the antivirus settings on Windows Server 2012 we observe the following: In the main protection components, the measures that should be taken for Viruses, there are only two parameters: Fix automatically and Ask. In this case, nothing is affixed. If you put something manually, then after a while the setting disappears. For PUP, the following: Correct automatically, Ask and Ignore PUP. Automatically always set the Ignore parameter for the PUP. If you change the setting manually, then after a while the parameter is again set to Ignore. How to be?
