Title: Question about the fast scanner
Post by: fernando87 on September 21, 2006, 02:51:34 AM
Hello,

It's not a problem (I hope!), just a question about the fast scanner that you can access when you right-clik on a file. When it scans one .doc file, the window with the results shows seven scanned files. Is this normal?

Well... if it's not normal... you're not the only one.  :'(
Maybe some OLE objects are scanned either.

I result in 6 files, not 7, but still ;)

Yes, it's normal. The "OLE unpacker" extracts several files (objects) from inside of the OLE file - that are counted as well.
