hello I opened a request for a refund,  and no one contacted me, it's been a week

you have a refund policy money-back guarantee in 30 days after purchase,  didn't get any refund from you !!!!!!!

The 30 day refund relates to the time period that you can request a refund.

If you have only put the refund in 7 days ago and it can take up to 10 business days to complete your request, so you are still within that period.  You should have got an automated reply that your support ticket has been recorded, etc.

Depending on your method of payment (?), if by Bank payment then it could take a little longer to see it in your bank account as cleared funds.

The main point is, if you submitted your refund within that 30 days then it will be processed.

You're welcome, give it a little longer and if you haven't received your refund post again and I will try to attract some attention to it.
