Title: Avast Password LOCKED

How do I unlock Avast Passwords?  I restarted my computer and the next time I tried to open a site with Avast Password, a black sceen appeared saying Password is Locked. I see no place to sign out or unlock it.  I know my password so that's not the problem, it's just locked.

It wasn't the app that locked the password.

Although this is good news Avast will never give you passwords. I think a legal action in court will put this company on the right track.
Guess what, I have managed to change my Master password even though I didn't knew the initial one. Guess what, Avast is not recognizing my normal password. No announcement before discontinuation. I am very pissed off. Trying for a week to retrieve my backed passwords and support giving me print screens from older version of pc software while on my PC on updated app the password is locked.. >:(

go to control panel/programs/find avast anti virus and click to uninstall, instead pick change and should give you option to load it.  put little check next to passwords (old) and restart should be there.
