Have had 3 separate attempts with AVAST support, tried multiple things each time but no success and refund period has expired. Not very happy with the experience

I can see that you created multiple tickets for the same issue.

I get a response email saying my email wasn't delivered because they can't identify which ticket it refers to and to respond via the email thread, that is what I did.

I have unsubscribed and will never use an AVAST product again

Why did you unsubscribe? Its not that hard to activate the software, there are activation tutorials (https://www.vpntesting.com/guides/avast-secureline-vpn-license/) all over the internet. Just be patience with the support or do some research first.

I purchased VPN in March and have not been able to get activation to actually work. I enter activation key and it says activated succusfully then I back out to turn the VPN on, it says I have VPN subscription for about 5 seconds then it disappears and when I try to turn it on it tells me to start free trial. When I go to website it says my account is active with 203 days remaining of the 1 year plan that I have never used.

So I may have had a break through, the only AVAST product I had that I had not deleted was 'AVAST secure browser' so I deleted it out & tried again and the activation has worked but now I have tried to connect, in the 'Disguising your location' screen, the wheel is spinning and has been for over an hour now

Got working :
I activated vpn yesterday and worked. Today program stated I had no internet connection when I did ? Reinstalled and still had issues. Ocurred to me may be windows firewall as when firewall deactivated vpn worked. So be sure : OpenVPN Daemon and Avast VPN Service is enabled on your firewall, then works : )
