Hello everyone,
We’re pleased to announce that we have released a new beta version of Avast Secure Browser (ASB) - version 85.0.
Changes
- (NEW) Avast Sync (https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=237581.0), access your online history across all your devices, at any time, anywhere and everywhere using your Avast Account.
- (NEW) Tab Hover Cards - enabled a popup containing tab information when hovering over a tab in the top menu.
Fixes
- We have a new Malware/phishing detection extension now available on Mac OS.
- You can now delete or report a site that was falsely identified as a threat. Visit our newly Anti-phishing threat report page to make your changes.

How to get this latest version
If you have ASB already installed, it should be updated automatically (feel free to visit ‘secure://settings/help’ to trigger an update faster)
Alternatively, you can download and install ASB from our official site.

How to test
- If you are in our beta channel you should automatically see the log in options top right if you are on version 85.0. It may require a relaunch of the browser, be patient, it might take some time to show!
- From here you can log into the browser using your Avast Account.
Hi, I waited a few days, but it still doesn't show up here.
