Title: I CANT STOP AUTO-RENOVAL

Hello, i want to stop using and  Avast Security. I tried a simple procedure in which you have to insert "ID Order and PW" (they say I used Digital River to pay.................) and few minutes later I received an email. Written > "Weve checked your email address and found that the auto-renewal feature for your subscription was already canceled"   
Now the the problem is that there is still the "date of renoval" if i go and check my orders on the Avast App.. Wasn't my subscription  already canceled???? >:( >:(

Posting the same thing in three topics isn't really going to help, it just duplicates the effort for those trying to help.

I have already answered one of your other posts, but no response:
I have seen this in one other topic, the cancellation has been confirmed, but the information in the Registration information (from the Avast tray icon), still shows your existing information.

Now that other topic had a response on that issue.  From memory I think it was that the subscription is still valid for the remaining period up to the (previous) renewal date.

But my guess (as an avast user) is that it would be fairly hard/complex to change this within your installed program and reflect the two different things, the date the subscription is still valid for and that the auto renewal has been cancelled.
