Hello,
In order to be able to help you I would like to ask you to send the setup log files so we can investigate where the problem is.
There should be a button at the end of the installation process which shows you the error which will take you into the folder with logs.
We would need these files, so please try to collect everything from that folder and ideally pack it into one archive which you can then upload somewhere on the web and send us just the link to it.
