Title: "Setup" folder deleting?

Hi! I'm user of avast since... many years ago! I finally installed W10 64bit.. and offcourse, just for a feel confident I installed Avast. After installation, there is folder called "setup" with two blue arrows. Question is...
Can I delete it, because after installation of whole bunch of other software it's only 3GB free space left...
Just to mention.. this HD is 40GB, and I decide to use it just for C:// partition...

C:// is your main drive and 40 gig is way too small. Your problem isn't trying to uninstall something.
You need to increase its size. You need 20 gig alone just for the OS.
