Title: avast premium popup

I am having trouble with an Avast Premium renewal offer popup.  It invades everything! vid games, spreadsheets, anything open, desktop, etc.  Annoying.  Only option given is to renew.  How do I get rid of this annoying popup besides unsubscribing to AVAST

Have you changed your avast Settings > General > Personal Privacy, you can uncheck settings that may promote these offers ?

Have you switched on Do Not Disturb (previously called Silent Mode) Settings > Performance > Do Not Disturb Mode ?

thanks david i have reset the privacy as you suggested and will see if that works

your reset of settings didn't work.  still getting avast premium renewal popup. sorry.  I don't understand your suggested privacy do not disturb suggestion.

I really would like to see what this popup is like as the Paid options should be able to disable ads/promotions in the Privacy settings

The do not disturb option should prevent these popups, however they would also prevent avast alerts (though action should be taken in the background).

Though this may not have the desired effect as it is meant to work when running full screen apps.  So may not work for smaller screen sizes.
