Title: Used to have free avast password and now its gone

My HDD broke down recently and I had to get it changed and windows reinstalled, I used to have Avast Passwords and had plenty of passwords stored in it.
Is there a way to get it back or at least my passwords back so I can write them down somewhere else ?
