Title: CyberCapture bug ?

I tried to install MediaInfo Lite 20.09 and CyberCapture was triggered and it said that file is clean.
That is OK, but I couldn't install it because there was no installer GUI anymore although installer process was running.
I reinstalled previous version without problems, but for the latest version there was no installer GUI.
I had to disable CyberCapture to install the latest version of MediaInfo Lite without problems.

Hi, I have tried to reproduce the issue W10_64 + Avast 20.8. The installer was caught by CyberCapture but after some sandboxing, the InstallShield installer GUI is visible and installation can continue. Can you please specify your OS and exact Avast version?

I am sorry, unable to reproduce even on Windows 7 64. Can you please provide memory dumps of all running InstallShield instances (when GUI is missing after sandboxing)? You can use task manager to do it or Sysinternals Process Explorer https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/process-explorer. It should be 4 memory dumps: 2x MediaInfoLite2009.exe and 2x MediaInfoLite2009.tmp. Please add resulting dumps into an archive and upload it to Avast FTP server: https://support.avast.com/en-us/article/160/

It is OK. I reinstalled MediaInfo Lite 20.09 without any problem.
I don't know what was the issue before.
