I accidentally opened a double thread earlier, but both have been deleted. I have problems when trying to post screen attachments in the forum ...
As I mentioned in the thread earlier, REDMI NOTE 96, MIUI 11... Avast Mobile Security reports me the error message "Found 1 Risk> Web Shield is off"

1) I click on "Enable"> "Privacy Note"> "Agree"

2) The "Enable the app in the Accessibility Settings" screen appears with the following instructions:
1.Open Accessibility Settings
2.Select Avast Mobile Security
3.Turn the switch on

3) I click on the "Go to Settings" button and it redirects me to the Android accessibility menu, but I can't find the option indicated to activate Avast ...

Avast is already activated on "downloaded services" in the accessibility menu, but the web shield is still deactivated

Without Webshield active you have little protection.
I am surprised noone from Avast has entered this post.
I think you should try remove and then reinstall the Avast Mobile Security app.
As you have an android phone, maybe best to post questions here: https://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=37.0
In your screenshot "3" I can see mention of Avast Mobile Security top right of screen. Is that a shortcut to the setting you need?

I solved with the latest MIUI patch by setting the app in autostart ON (otherwise it was automatically deactivated)
