I requested a refund 30 days ago because Avast charged me 59.99 euros automatically.
Can anyone help me what to do? I just want my money back.

I can see that you have signed up for several trials before so I believe you might be aware that this charge was for the continuation of your subscription.

I can see that you have signed up for several trials before so I believe you might be aware that this charge was for the continuation of your subscription.

I am aware of that but I don't want to continue my subscription. I'm fairly certain I cancelled my subscription the 28th of september but nothing happened so it seems.
