So i tried avast cleanup program but never wanted to continue with it so i looked everywhere where i could delete my credit card details and cancel the auto renew thing but never found it. I unistalled it because i hoped it would work but 60 days later i got charged for 50$ for an a year subscription that i never wanted. I never got an email for confirmation or id number of the purchase but i dont know how to get a refund because i never got an id number. When i go into the avast cleanup its only shows me my subscription key but nothing else. Please help im only a teenager and dont know that much

I see that other people have the same issue were they can not cancel their free trial before being charged for a YEAR
Its really a disgrace and not the right way to do business.
I hope that you guys can cancel and refund me. Thanks

It probably would have been smart to post your request in that other topic along with the requested information.

I Have sent to them a refund aplication but then got an email back to me with stuff that i should send to them, but it doesnt say anywhere where how im suppost send them the information. I tried to email them but it said i couldn email because they couldnt "accept unsolicited emails. Please help
