"Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.dove.com/us/en/home.html?" on this server.
Reference #18.4eefdd17.1604530197.26810b1c "
Same on FF and Edge.
Seriously? How can this happen? And how can I stop it/fix it?
Thanks.
I use 8.8.8.8

I had no problem connecting to the site and I'm not using a VPN
I did a search on Access Denied You don't have permission to access and got a lot of results, some of which mention
https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=Access+Denied+You+don't+have+permission+to+access
The first hit in that search gives this in the brief details:
The “Access Denied” error appears when your Mozilla Firefox browser uses a different proxy settings or VPN instead of what's really set on your Windows 10 PC.
Now I don't really know if this is exactly what is happening, but it might be worth checking out a few of the search results.

I have also a SecureLine licence, and checked it on both Firefox and Edge.
But no problem.
